This year, the Maison celebrates the concept of fullness with an emblematic Haute Joaillerie collection: BLAST. Immediately recognizable, the signature movement of the Blast collection is born from an infinite gold thread, worked horizontally and vertically to create a selection of exceptional new pieces. Reflecting the refined codes of the Maison de la Place Vendôme, the original Blast cuff design has been reimagined into 21 pieces of Haute Joaillerie, where the sensuality of curves magnifies its generous volumes. |
Since its creation, Blast celebrates the body through the play of proportions and unprecedented volumes. Its name refers to the beginning of creation. The collection is a vibrant tribute to primitive arts, drawing inspiration from the traditional jewellery of ancestral cultures. Their majestic structures with spiraled lines and bold volumes have inspired the collection, which reinvents the concept of an endless gold thread to express absolute fullness. Weaving together ancient traditions and Japanese philosophy, the collection also embraces the Enso— a circle of light symbolizing harmony and eternity— to create a timeless vision of beauty, deeply rooted in our collective memory.

Gold, the foundation of the Blast collection, is displayed here in all its opulence. Sculpted by hand, the golden thread is then treated with a mirror-polishing technique to capture the light and reveal its subtle reliefs.
Reversing the traditional process, the settings are entirely shaped before the stones are set, acting as precious punctuation that enhances the gold without overshadowing it. The defining element of the Maison's expertise, the iconic pear-shaped cut rises with lightness through to the signature 'Eiffel Tower' setting, creating the striking illusion of weightless gems.

The Plastron necklace is the masterpiece of the collection. This exceptional piece results from an optimized assembly process, preserving the signature gold thread while ensuring both remarkable comfort and a perfect fit on the neck. Its creation demanded 250 hours of meticulous work by the workshop.
