Twice a year, during Paris Fashion Week, Repossi unveils a creative concept piece produced in a limited run. “Limited Editions” stands as a manifesto of craftsmanship and creativity, giving free rein to Gaia Repossi, Limited Editions Creative Director and the creative studio: an alliance between the avant-garde spirit of the Maison and the excellence of Place Vendôme. The new Limited Edition No.5, « Pearl Variation », based on the Serti sur Vide collection, introduces a new ring design that delves into the realm of pearls.

Gaia Repossi reimagines the pearl for the first time since the 1990s, following her father's iconic designs, giving a new perspective to its timeless dimension. The pearl, a symbol of grace and elegance, is modernized and elevated in her design. It twists classic codes with a bold and graphic composition, employing new systems that achieve perfect balance, making it a statement piece.

The pearls are explored and balances perfectly in its composition, echoing the Maison’s iconic collection of the floating diamond as a new variation.
A black gold bead paved with diamonds represents a modern interpretation of a pearl, while two contrasting tones of metallic, grey pearls are combined to reimagine traditional designs.
Mounted on white gold, the three pearls have different characteristics: a dark gray Tahitian pearl next to a larger light gray Tahitian pearl, seem to float between the fingers, whilst the black gold bead set with nearly 200 white diamonds of increasing size twists and modernizes the composition, thus offering perfect balance to the piece.

The Limited Edition N5 « Pearl Variation » evokes classicism and pays tribute to the jewellery symbols of the past up to the 1970s. During this period, the first pearls of the house were set in large, regular, and rare arrangements, creating unique pieces.
With the Limited Edition No.5 ring, the House of Repossi has chosen to draw upon the timeless elements of jewellery cherished by Alberto Repossi, the second generation of the family jeweller.
