Founded in Turin in 1957, Maison Repossi celebrates this year the 40th anniversary of its historic flagship at 6 Place Vendôme, inaugurated in 1986. The Maison has flourished at its landmark Place Vendôme address, earning its place among the world’s great High Jewellery houses while defining a singular, avant-garde vision of Haute Joaillerie.
Each generation has left its mark on its era. From the glamour of the 1980s to the elegance of the Parisian avant-garde, Repossi remains rooted in its time while continually reinventing itself, offering a constantly evolving vision of jewellery.
Born in 1986, the same year the Place Vendôme boutique opened, Gaia Repossi has emerged as a bold creative force within the Maison. Deeply inspired by architecture, a cornerstone of the Maison’s creative identity, Gaia entrusted the renovation of the historic boutique in 2016 to renowned architect Rem Koolhaas and his architectural firm, OMA. Through this project, the Maison transposed the principles that define its design jewellery language into space, repetition and rigor of line, the radicality of the gesture, and the play of accumulation, transforming the boutique into a true jewel at an architectural scale.

Mirrors in unique shades, developed in collaboration with Dutch artist & designer Sabine Marcelis, introduce subtle degrees of reflection and chromatic refractions. The luminous pink gradients and smoky blue mirrors, inspired by 1980s aesthetics, envelop the boutique in an aura that is both sensory and contemporary.
In 2026, Repossi continues its dialogue between architecture, design, and jewelry through a new artistic collaboration with Sabine Marcelis, paying tribute to the bold concept of the boutique renovation in 2016.

To celebrate this anniversary, Sabine Marcelis has designed an in situ artwork: a set of gradient mirrors, directly inspired by the iconic shape of the Antifer ring. Transposing the jewelry object to an architectural scale, the installation explores, through the play of reflections and gradients, the relationships between form, color, and dimension, revealing the poetry that arises from the dialogue between art and jewelry.

The luminous gradients of the mirrors designed by Sabine Marcelis inspired the creation of the Antifer Vendôme ring, a new four-row reinterpretation of the iconic design. Available in four shades of gold with subtle gradations, the ring celebrates color as a precious material.
