This guide is to help you determine the ideal size of your Repossi ring.
Repossi’s creations reflect Gaia Repossi’s state of mind: a desire to constantly research and innovate while escaping established standards.
Each piece is imagined and designed in different proportions. The collections are composed of alternative aesthetics, creating size variations between rings models.
We recommend you measure the size of your finger and not the size of your ring. The object used for measurement must fit perfectly for the size to be correct. Finger sizes vary depending on the time of the day and temperature. We advise you to avoid measuring your fingers when they are too cold or wet as this may underestimate the size.
Wrap a ribbon around the base of your finger. To make wearing the ring comfortable, we suggest that you also measure your finger size at the joint.
Use a pen, mark the point where the ribbon crosses.
Measure the length in millimeters using a ruler. This measurement is your finger’s circumference.
Choose the closest measurement from the table below to identify your ring size.

Care advice
Cleaning:
To preserve the brightness of your pieces, it is very important to clean them often. We advise you to do that with a soft and dry cloth.
Storage:
It is recommended to store your jewelries individually in its original box to avoid any damage; contact with other objects may scratch it.
Savoir faire
Creation: Berbere Chromatic rings are hand-crafted in our Italian ateliers. The lacquer is first poured into the cavity carved in the gold structure with a convex result. Then, the surplus lacquer is filed and polished, to obtain a shiny finish.
What is lacquer? Traditional lacquer comes from Asia and was made from tree sap, which is no longer used in Europe. The lacquer featured on Berbere Chromatic rings, just like the ones of other Houses, is now achieved through an industrial process. This polymer lacquer is a synthetic thermosetting lacquer and contains ceramic to increase its resistance.
How does lacquer age? The color of the lacquer does not change over time. However, the lacquer can lose its shine, just like the gold, following the micro scratches of daily wear. Lacquer is not particularly fragile, but it can break, split or peel away from its cavity in the event of a strong impact.
Care: No particular care, avoid rubbing with other jewelry, cleaning with warm water.
